Download Data

This page serves as a central download module to access all data in the database. Enter the transgenic line identifier in the space bar below, or select from either the list of wildtypes, constructs, or genes. Next select the type of data to download: RNA-seq, protein quantity, enzyme activity, NMR, MOE, growth data or wood chemistry. Under “Download Options”, selections are available for standardized data to wildtype, and the inclusion of standard errors in the downloaded data. Finally, when all selections are made, click on the Download button at the bottom to retrieve your data of interest.
