Batches
The project data was collected in 6 batches named NSF1,...,NSF6. Each batch includes its own set of wild-type trees used to normalize the data within the batch.
Transgenic Identifiers
The transgenic trees grown for the project were assigned identifiers indicating the batch they belong to, the construct used to transform them, a line identifier, and a replicate number. Wild-type trees have identifiers indicating the batch they belong to, the letters 'WT' indicating that this is the wild-type line and a replicate number.
For example, identifier NSF1-a1-1-1 describes a transgenic line for batch 1, construct a1, line1, replicate 1.
Identifier NSF1-WT-1 describes wild-type batch 1, replicate 1.
