My general research area is Systems Biology. The goal of my research is modeling biochemical pathways more completely and more accurately through information integration.
My work on this NSF project is focused on building signaling pathways of Lignin Biosynthesis. I develop the suitable algorithm for verifying known edges and identifying previously unrecognized interactions through perturbation data and apply the algorithm to completing signaling pathways.
