qRT-PCR Data

This page contains results of the qRT-PCR that were used for first round of screening for transgenic tree of different lines of the same construct, and was the basis for selecting three to four transgenic lines with different levels of target gene knockdown. The data are organized by constructs or genes. Click on any of the constructs or genes to see the qRT-PCR result for transgenic lines associated with that construct or gene.
