Similar to the R/Splus output option, you may
use -g 4 to get a conversion of your data to SAS format. The file will contain
all the data and a set of PROC ANOVA statements for each trait on each marker and
categorical trait. Note that there is a RUN statement at the very end of the
output file, so that if you load it into SAS, then all the ANOVA's will be done automatically.
You will need to take care with marker, trait and categorical trait names. See the SAS
documentation for limitations.
