Using the -h option will print out a list of all command line
options and their values. The program will then exit without doing anything.
I find this most useful when I just want a reminder of what the programs
expect. This may not seem as useful now that there is an interactive
menu to set options, but if you only want to use the programs in
batch mode, it is a quick way to see what the values of all parameters
are.
