Rmap can translate the output of Mapmaker/EXP into the format required by
the QTL Cartographer system. Use the .maps file that is the output
of Mapmaker/EXP as the input to Rmap and it will be translated automatically.
An alternate format has been designed for those who don't have the
Mapmaker/EXP files.
