There are currently about 60 user accounts on the cluster.

• Users have data ranging from a few MB up to 11TB.
• 15 users have more than 1TB of data.

• The programs our users run are frequently:
  • sequential read/sequential write.
  • heavy on in-memory calculation.

• Specific applications:
  • GWAS (Genome Wide Association Studies).
  • RNASeq analysis.
  • Genome assembly.
  • Simulations for method development.
