BRC Cluster Workshop

Users that no longer need their cluster account should try to move their data to another system before abandoning it. Ideally they should let the system administrators know that they no longer intend to use the account.

Accounts that appear to have been unused for more 6 months or more will be locked and the data belonging to the account may be archived to tape and removed from the cluster disk space. The tape archive will be kept for at least 5 years. To get access to a locked account, or to archived data, please contact the system administrators.
